All orders are processed within 10–15 business days as most pieces are made to order.
Once dispatched, delivery timelines vary based on location.
Domestic deliveries typically take 3–7 business days
International deliveries may take longer depending on destination
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.
For international orders, any duties or taxes applicable at the destination are to be borne by the customer.
ANMA is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or customs.
Returns
All sales are final.
We do not offer returns on any products purchased through our website.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges on made-to-order pieces.
In exceptional cases where an exchange is approved, the product must be:
Unworn and unused
In original condition
With all tags and packaging intact
International customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with exchanges.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged product or an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Clear images or video of the issue
All such cases are reviewed individually and resolved at the discretion of ANMA.
Refunds
Refunds are not applicable.
In approved cases, we may offer a replacement or store credit.
